Ashna has been a coach since 2016, when she founded CoachConnectCommit (PTY) Ltd, with the intention of assisting individuals and organisations in achieving greater clarity, focus, and daily satisfaction. Under the auspices of the Centre for Coaching, New Ventures West (NVW), and the University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business (GSB).
Ashna has completed both the Coaching for Development (CfD) and Professional Coaching Course (PCC), which are both equivalent to 286 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours. This fulfils the ICF coach educational requirement to apply for the Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credentials with the ICF.
• New Ventures West is one of the top-coaching schools in the USA, and has more than 25 years of experience in teaching the philosophy of Integral Coaching as well as its application.

That sounds simple, but diversity encompasses race, gender, ethnic group, age, personality, cognitive style, tenure, organisational function, education, background, and more. Diversity involves, not only how people perceive themselves, but also how they perceive others. Those perceptions affect their interactions. For a wide assortment of employees to function effectively in an organisation, there is a need within organisations to deal effectively with issues such as communication, adaptability, and change.

Having had more than 25 years of experience, within the corporate business world, specialising in leading diverse sales teams, business consulting, business development and relationship management, Ashna is target-driven, with an entrepreneurial flair, excellent communication and articulate presentation skills, coupled with effective negotiation skills. She pride’s herself in the strong relationships that she builds with internal as well as external stakeholders, and she has the capacity to communicate on every level. She unarguably operates in a systematic and planned manner, to efficiently manage her time and prioritise tasks and projects.

Ashna’s personal experiences, from a graduate to an executive, and her business savvy approach to success, are the foundation on which her passion for high performance and respect for human dynamics are built. She enjoys engaging with all key decision-makers and strategising on plans to merge business concepts for a synergy between companies, to attain business sustainability and growth.
